Turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because I love my floors so much more now than I did before! I used the Mohawk rare vintage laminate flooring--definitely recommend if you are going for a lighter look that really expands the space. Also the texture is extremely high quality and uniquely cool. Jim was very helpful, informative, extremely responsive, and went out of his way to make the experience as easy and high quality as possible.

The entire process was professional, timely, and easy. Jeff is very responsive and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. The crews were able to demo and install in just one day. They were amazing. And we LOVE the results! The floors are beautiful, and we have found no issues since installation. The trim work and installation are perfect, and there are no more floor squeaks!! It’s wonderful;). We will be having carpet runners installed on three staircases, and that process has also been a breeze. Highly recommend Jeff and Concept Flooring.
